Effective date (compliance deadline): Upon renewal for plans beginning July 1, 2022

What it is: Health insurers and group health plans will be required to post publicly available machine-readable files (MRFs) that include in-network (INN) negotiated payment rates based on every provider agreement in force, including INN and extended networks for each group and plan/network offering; and historical out-of-network (OON) reimbursement rates per contract for covered items and services, including prescriptions drugs.
